The general public is increasingly turning to alternative healing systems and cancer treatment options.

One reason for both the failure of traditional cancer therapy is that they are only focusing the disease. While other healing systems are designed to improve and maintain the overall health of the patient, traditional medicine isn’t concerned with the patient until disease has set in.

The biggest secret of all is that, of all the many healing systems available to you, the most effective system resides inside of you. The natural state of a human being is healthy; any deviation from health is unnatural. Sadly, the medical establishment isn’t built around healthy people it is obviously built around sick people. Once people realize that they don’t need get sick, the need for our medical establishment will disappear.

One of the deceptions is that the toxic treatments for most of the illnesses we face have come to be known as “traditional” while the natural, non-toxic treatments have become “non-traditional” and “alternative.” However, most of these “non-traditional” healing systems have been around much longer than our “traditional” medicines.

Many of these healing systems and cancer, actually, have a more successful relationship than with other illnesses.

Because most healing systems focus on you and your natural healing abilities, and cancer is simply a part of you gone haywire, they are extremely effective in healing cancer.

Take responsibility for your own health and do not depend, entirely, on your doctor. There are hundreds of healing systems and health-based ways of living out there. It is you responsibility to explore and, realistically, you should begin your exploration before you have a “reason” in the form of disease or cancer. It is always easier to stay healthy than it is to become healthy. The word Cancer has many bad things associated with it, but there is another four letter word called “Cure” that is just as bad. The medical system and the laws make everyone very cautious when using this word. So we use the word “Alternative” and we will discuss alternative medicine for Cancer.

The word Cancer scares people, but if we look behind the word and see what’s happening inside you body we see that for many reasons the good cells have gone bad. If you want to dig deeper we can see that the immune system has been damaged to the point it cannot fight anymore.It is at this point we look for alternative medicine for cancer.

The obvious first steps to change in the fight against cancer or any problem is diet. For humans to survive we need things like water, food, and air. For cancer to survive it needs a acidic environment. Changing your diet can aid in disrupting that environment, but can it fix the damage.Some say it can and there are many factors pertaining to the degree of damage your body is at.

We know chemo and radiation are the common treatments fo cancer, but there is alternative medicine for cancer. One we researched and found affects your endorphins which in turn stimulates your immune system. it’s like reviving the troops for another fight.

The great thing about this alternative is it has very little side effects (for a drug) and is inexpensive. This alternative medicine for cancer is FDA approved and is being used by practitioners today. You won’t be a lab rat because this alternative has been used by patients with varying diseases for years now.

The drug companies can’t make the kind of profits from this alternative medicine for cancer that there use to so they passed this alternative by.

If you read on you will see how effective this alternative medicine really is.

In 2007 after several deteriorating Pap tests with my local gynecologist I was on my way to see an oncology specialist several hours from home

If you have cancer or know someone who does, then you know that sometimes the treatment can be as disheartening as the disease. The effects of chemotherapy can reduce cancerous cells, but the side effects are nausea, loss of appetite, and hair loss, just to name a few. It’s no wonder that cancer victims look for alternative forms of treatment, and alternative medicine has come up with some options that are meant to be complimentary to the more “modern” forms of treatment. However, there appears to be no middle ground here; while the alternative medicine community is accused of overstating the validity of alternative medicine, the “conventional” treatment provider’s tend to understate the effects of alternative therapies for cancer sufferers.

While there is no cure for cancer, the NCCAM (National Center for complimentary and Alternative Medicine has conducted studies showing that acupuncture relieves the fatigue, nausea, and pain symptoms associated with both colon and breast cancer, as well as headaches and neck pain associated with surgery for brain tumors or throat cancer. Ginger is a good tasting treatment for the nausea and vomiting side effects of chemotherapy. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is currently being studied as a relief for larynx cancer patients. (Hyperbaric oxygen therapy consists of breathing oxygen which is at an atmospheric pressure greater than sea level. It is being studied to compliment radiation therapy.) Massage is used to relieve fatigue for all forms of cancer.

Another form of alternative therapy used for fighting the symptoms of cancer is coupling pancreatic enzymes with chemotherapy for the use in pancreatic cancer treatment. Pancreatic enzymes are proteins secreted from the pancreas that help in food digestion.

There is a distinction between complimentary medicine and alternative medicine. Complimentary medicine is used along with conventional medicine; whereas alternative is used instead of. Studies show that better long term results were achieved with complimentary medicine on advanced stages of cancer, while alternative medicine seemed to help early stage cancers. The study is called CAM, (complimentary alternative medicine) and statistics show that 36% of adults with various stages of cancer use both therapies. If you include megavitamin therapy in this statistic the numbers almost double to 62%. 79% out of almost 500 cancer patients use some form of complimentary or alternative therapy for cancer symptoms. Possibly the most beneficial part of CAM therapy is that patients can feel as if they are taking some form of control over their cancer, and that increases the quality of life and chances for survival. Bringing relief of pain and increasing hope for cancer patients is reason enough for these foundations to continue to receive grants and continue their studies.

If you are considering CAM therapy, there are some questions that you should ask the health provider before you begin treatment. One of the most important is will the treatment be covered under your health insurance and if so, are there any clauses you should know about? If the therapy is being sponsored as part of a clinical trial, find out who is sponsoring it so you will know if the trial is being conducted by an unbiased company with no marketing credits to be gained by the outcome. You’ll also want to ask if the therapy will interfere with any conventional treatment you might be receiving at the same time. Usually the answer is no-that’s the nature of alternative and complimentary medicine-but you should have all the information before agreeing to any type of treatment. Ask also if there will be any side effects, or if the documented benefits outweigh the risks, if any, involved.

Natural Cures For Cancer – Alternative Therapies In Health and Medicine

Simple concepts are often the most powerful ones — and yet typically the most overlooked. This is particularly the case in the health care industry. For the past 700 years, society has been taught to think of the curing of cancer and other disease as a perplexing and complicated science that is best left in the hands of medical professionals. As a result, people have come to rely heavily on the information that is given to us by doctors and health care providers who are themselves usually unenlightened about alternative healing options that may be better for treating diseases than the normal medical treatments consisting of prescription drugs, surgery, radiation or other expensive, dangerous therapies.

 

There is, however, a simple, low-cost therapy that can be self-administered at home in less than a minute — and costs about one and a half cents per day. Over the past 70 years, approximately 15,000 European medical doctors have administered this powerful therapy to over 10 million people to treat over 50 different diseases. Natural cures for cancer, alternative liver cancer treatment, lung cancer cures, alternative breast cancer treatment, alternative prostate cancer treatment and many other diseases are among those successes. However, in the U.S., it has been essentially unknown because of reasons that will become clear as you read the One-Minute Cure.

 

To start with though, a few key details about the history of medicine and how it evolved into the overcomplicated, difficult technique of healing that is practiced today. From this abbreviated explanation of events, one can conclude that the process of curing disease does not have to be the expensive and often invasive procedure it is at this time. There is an easier, more natural and far more successful method to curing disease and maintaining quality health — one that has been concealed by the highly complex science and business of medicine and pharmaceutical drugs.

 

Think about all of the drugs being administered every day. Go to the popular pharmacies and take a look at how busy they are every day, all day. Centuries later, physicians, physiologists, and anatomists replaced earlier doctrines and discredited many of the theories of traditional authorities with doctrines derived from their explorations in physiology and anatomy.

 

Now, back to the 20th century — evidence-based medicine began to come forth, where the most effective ways of doing things were identified through scientific methods and worldwide information science. The evidence was gathered and organized; standard protocols were developed, and then dispersed to doctors and healthcare providers. The drawback with the ‘best practice’ method is that it served to inhibit all other alternative approaches to medical treatment, including simple natural cures for cancer that can truly change the world. Additionally, the scientific methods used in drawing conclusions were definitely biased.

 

All scientific experimentation is subject to confirmation bias to a certain extent, which is an unfair influence found in scientific research when researchers expect a given result, and subconsciously manipulate an experiment in order to find that result. A researchers own ideology can cause him or her to support some data over other data. The human brain has a propensity to fill in the gaps of what it perceives, and sometimes, a researcher may also be stubborn and unwilling to admit a mistake about a certain belief they have. Thus, any conclusions created from “scientific or clinical studies” are usually biased and cannot always be thought of as reliable.

 

Today, there are a confusing number of so-called ‘best practices’ for every part of the anatomy, all clouded with bias to one degree or another. This has made the question of how to cure cancer and other diseases seem like a difficult and mystifying science with its own language that is beyond the comprehension of the nonmedical population.

Of the six thousand claims of extraordinary healing that have been made at Lourdes, only sixty-four have survived the extremely rigorous protocol of the medical commission’s investigation and made it to the category called “miracle”. One of those cases, finally validated in 1976, involved a man named Vittorio Michelli. He had a sarcoma of the pelvis and was in a full body cast in a military hospital for over a year. His leg was completely separated from his pelvis at the hip, because the bone was being eaten away by the cancer, and there was nothing they could do for him. It was an incurable condition that was progressing on a daily basis. Eventually he asked to be taken to Lourdes where he was bathed in water and instantly felt a sensation of electrical charge or heat running through his body. Alexis Carrel, a Nobel laureate in medicine and medical director of the Rockefeller Institute, told the story of his first trip to Lourdes in 1903 with painstaking honesty. Having gone there as a curious skeptic, he attached himself to a woman with a hopeless case of tubercular peritonitis. While he watched, her sickly features changed so dramatically that he felt he might be suffering an hallucination. Then, before his eyes, a large abdominal tumor, which had filled her navel with pus, disappeared within a few minutes, and to his astonishment she seemed free of pain. Later that day, when he visited her at a local hospital, he found her sitting up in bed, eyes gleaming, and her cheeks full of color. Her abdomen seemed normal, showing no sign of the hopeless-looking tumor he had seen a few hours before, and it didn’t hurt when he pressed it. This and other cases convinced him that many of the cures at Lourdes were authentic, whether they were “miracles” or not, and could not be attributed solely to the relief of functional disorders. He was forced by his experience at Lourdes to admit that human beings possessed mysterious capacities which science should explore as thoroughly as it did germs and new surgical procedures.
